The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) is reportedly set to arraign former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, over a series of alleged corruption charges.

6. Procurement Breach – CCTV Contract (₦4.61 Billion)
He allegedly violated procurement laws in awarding a CCTV contract.
7. Undue Advantage in $22.475 Million Contract
The ICPC reportedly claims he used his office to grant improper benefits in another contract.
8. Land Fraud and False Representation
He is accused of conspiring to submit false information to acquire land along the Kaduna-Zaria Expressway.
9. Unlawful Revocation and Reallocation of Land
The reports allege he revoked a valid land title and reassigned it to associates.

He is also accused of attempting to influence investigators through inducements within and outside Nigeria.
