The Plateau State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has officially released a revised timetable for the conduct of its earlier suspended Computer-Based Test (CBT) examination for teaching recruitment under the HOPE-EDU Programme.
According to a public notice signed by the Head of Public Relations and Protocol, Mr. Richard Nanpon Jonah, the rescheduled exams will take place across the three senatorial zones of Plateau State beginning from Saturday, August 2, 2025, and ending on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
For the Southern Zone, the examination is scheduled for Saturday, 2nd August 2025. Local Government Areas involved include Wase, Langtang North, Langtang South, Shendam, Mikang, and Quan-Pan. It was noted that candidates from Mikang and Shendam will have a merged examination centre located in Shendam, while candidates from other LGAs are to use the earlier designated centres.
The Central Zone examination will hold on Monday, 4th August 2025 and will cover applicants from Pankshin, Kanam, Kanke, Bokkos, and Mangu Local Government Areas. All candidates in this zone are expected to report to the centres previously communicated to them.
For the Northern Zone, the exam will take place on Wednesday, 6th August 2025. Local Government Areas under this zone include Bassa, Jos North, Jos South, Jos East, Riyom, and Barkin Ladi, with all examinations to be held at the originally designated centres.
All examinations across the zones are scheduled to begin by 10:00 a.m. prompt on their respective dates.
Applicants are advised to report to centres closest to their places of residence and are expected to arrive with fully charged Android smartphones loaded with sufficient data. In addition, each candidate must present a valid form of identification, such as a voter’s card, NIMC registration number, or any other recognized official ID.
SUBEB further announced that new login details will be provided at the centres before the examination begins.
The management urges all applicants to comply strictly with the guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful examination process.
