I’m still under pressure, harassments for allowing my son to flee Nigeria – Widow cries out

One Mrs Grace Amgbaduba has cried out over the incessant pressure and harassment she has been subjected to after the death of her husband by a confraternity.

The reason for her harassment is that she aided and supported her son, one Clement Amgbaduba, to escape to the United States of America when the cult members wanted to forcefully initiate her son into an evil cult (confraternity) as a replacement for his late father. She said that she was not aware that her late husband belonged to any cult during his lifetime until he died.

After her husband’s death, some men in cult regalia came to the family house and claimed that her husband was a key member of the cult and that his seat in the cult had been reserved for one of his sons, with Clement Amgbaduba said to be the chosen one.

The pressure and harassment on her son and his young wife, Chika Lucy Clement, who was pregnant at that time, was so much that she lost the baby at birth.

They had to escape to the United States to prevent further pressure and harassment or even death.

Mrs Grace Amgbaduba added that despite the fact that her son and his family had escaped to the United States, the evil cult members still harass her and blame her for not cooperating with them as the tradition of the confraternity demands.

They often remind her that her husband’s seat in the cult is still vacant and that it has serious spiritual implications for her and her family. She said a similar publication like this was also made to alert the general public in August 2015.

She is praying for the security agencies to come to her aid.
