In a shocking turn of events, Udoka Golden Point Hotel and Suites, popularly referred to as “La Cruise Hotel,” located along the busy Onitsha-Owerri expressway in Oba, Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, has been demolished by security operatives.

The hotel, which had gained infamy as a suspected hub for kidnappers, was brought down in accordance with the Anambra State Homeland Security Law. Investigations revealed that the facility served as a base for a criminal gang responsible for the wave of kidnappings reported along the Oba axis.Heauring the operation, security agents uncovered gruesome evidence of the gang’s activities. Reports indicate that over 30 partitioned graves were discovered on the building’s top floor, alongside shrines allegedly used by the criminals.
