Afrobeats superstar Davido has reignited the political drama surrounding the Osun governorship election, alleging that two powerful politicians were among those who attempted to influence or upturn the outcome of the poll.
The singer made the allegation while responding to the controversy surrounding the election, in which his uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, secured re-election.
Davido had earlier accused APC lawmakers of pressuring INEC over the result.
One of those mentioned, James Faleke, dismissed the allegation, saying he had no power to alter the outcome.
In a fresh exchange, Davido fired back at Faleke, declaring: “Politics is not a career. Get a job.”
